1.      Outline the resources available to community pharmacists for medication use process assessment and improvement.

2.      Summarize medication error reporting systems.

3.      Describe error reduction strategies that can prevent patient harm in the context of ISMP’s Key Elements of the Medication Use Systemä.

4.      Explain the use of the Assess-ERRä tool in community pharmacy.
