Full course description
This course is part of the CDC‑recognized PreventT2 Lifestyle Change Program, designed to help you prevent or delay type 2 diabetes through small, realistic changes you can sustain over time. Over the course of a year, you’ll work toward goals such as losing 5–7% of your starting weight (if appropriate for you), increasing physical activity to at least 150 minutes per week, and building healthy habits that fit your everyday life. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a trained lifestyle coach, structured weekly sessions, and practical tools that allow you to make progress at your own pace—so you’re never tackling these changes alone.
